I was divinely guided by my spirit team, together with Archangels Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel and their divine counterparts, Faith, Hope, Mother Mary and Aurora, to create this Speak Your Truth Activation Kit - for those who feel called to receive it.

Each bottle has been blessed by the Holy Spirit, the Archangels, Ascended Masters, Jesus, Mother Mary, Grandmother Anna and St. Agnes. It has been infused with Christ-consciousness, love, light, reiki energy and prayers, carrying the pure intention of healing and empowerment.

I created this Speak Your Truth Activation Kit because my heart and soul knew it was important.

​

I was visited by the spirit of the women in my ancestral line who urged me to share this message with others. Not only do I carry the soul mission to heal myself and my ancestral line, but also to awaken others to heal themselves - so they too may bring healing to their lineage.

​

Spirit revealed that in this current timeline, we are fortunate to have the opportunity for self-expression, far greater than what our ancestors were able to express. They lived under suppression - confined by culture, society and restrictive masculine and feminine roles. They were conditioned to silence their thoughts, feelings and beliefs - often from fear of judgement and repercussions. Now, we are being called to break those patterns, to honour our ancestors’ struggles and to reclaim the voice that was denied to them.

It has taken me a lifetime to learn how to speak my truth and embody my true authentic self. Years of self-doubt, fear, disbelief and being silenced, put down, controlled, manipulated and kept small, left me questioning my worth and eroded my confidence. Yet through this journey, I finally discovered self-love and reclaimed my self-worth.

​

It has become clear that part of my soul mission is to empower others to discover their inner voice, to express their emotions and to release the pain and hurt they carry within. Emotional wounds such as trauma, betrayal, abandonment, shame and guilt - often manifest as fear, anxiety, anger, resentment or bitterness. By bringing these feelings into the light - healing and transformation can begin.

Please don’t wait for your body to speak through a life-altering illness. I had to face breast cancer to learn that lesson. Even then, it took years of deep inner work, releasing old patterns, emotional pain and negative thought cycles before I finally believed in myself to speak my truth. Who I really am. My true authentic self.

​

I now share with you some of the steps that helped me reach this place, hoping they will guide you to begin your own journey of self-expression and truth. To stop feeling small. To rise into the extraordinary soul that you are and embrace your unique gifts you are here to share with the world.

​

With all my heart, I hope this kit inspires you to speak your truth and find the confidence to express your emotions with love and integrity. As you work with it, feelings may rise to the surface - welcome them. Let them move through you. Feeling your emotions is not weakness; it is sacred inner work.

​

Release may come through tears, breath or gentle movement. If words cannot yet be spoken aloud, I encourage you to journal your feelings, allowing them to flow onto paper. Explore creative outlets - paint, draw, sing - if that is where your soul is drawn. Meditate, breathe deeply or immerse yourself in nature among the trees, the ocean or the stillness of the earth.

I believe in you. Your guardian angels and spirit guides believe in you. Sometimes all it takes is one person’s belief to spark the flame of self-belief within. These essences, frequencies and invocations to the angelic realm are here to support you.
