Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the service cost will be charged. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. If you have an emergency or illness, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to accommodate you. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can email info@naturalinnerhealth.com. In the event of the provider cancelling, I will make every reasonable effort to provide you with notification as soon as possible prior to the scheduled appointment, unless an emergency requires immediate cancellation. I will provide you with a refund if payment has been made in advance or provide rescheduling options. Please note I am not responsible for covering the cost of travel expenses incurred by clients due to cancellations.
