My Soul Mission

My soul mission is to empower others to rediscover their true, authentic selves through the path of self‑healing.
To help raise your frequency, expand your consciousness and guide you back to the wisdom that already lives within you.

My own journey has not been easy. I have walked through fear, trauma and come close to death more than once. I have faced breast cancer as a healthy Naturopath and was forced to turn inward again and ask myself - why?

 

I have lived the busy, stressful life, working in the corporate world, teaching in the educational system, while raising my own family, and know first-hand the toll it takes on the nervous system.

I understand the real life challenges many women face: Loss, heartbreak, complex family dynamics, blended families, financial pressure, moments of feeling alone and those times when support feels out of reach.

​

Through these experiences, I have devoted my life to study, to ancient wisdom and to the inner work required to heal my own emotional wounds. Because of this, I can now hold space for you, as you heal yours.

I support your physical body, nervous system, hormonal health and digestion through my knowledge of natural medicine (Naturopathy), nutrition and the plant kingdom (Herbal Medicine).

I support your emotional wellbeing by meeting you with empathy, compassion and non‑judgmental presence. Chances are, I’ve experienced similar emotions and circumstances, which helps me understand your journey.

I support your mind by guiding you toward empowering thoughts, new mindsets and belief systems that uplift, rather than limit you.

I use my psychic abilities to offer healing and spiritual insight — a higher, intuitive perspective that helps you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.

Being an empath, my sensitivity helps me connect with your emotions and understand what you need to move toward healing.

With the guidance of my spiritual team, I offer energy healing, sound frequency work, and chakra balancing. I help clear energetic blockages that you may be carrying, remove energy attachments (if it's for your highest good) and help bring your energetic system back into harmony and balance. We are Energy.
